Hartwith Cum Winsley Parish Council is subject to the Freedom of Information Act and has adopted the Information Commissioner's model Publication Scheme for Parish Councils.

We aim to publish as much information as we can online. The Clerk will ensure the Council conforms to the requirements of the Act allowing public access to the appropriate documents.
